ORDERS & PAYMENT INFORMATION

All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders placed through Facebook or our website may be held until all payments have cleared.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders are typically processed within three business days and shipped the same or next day if items are in stock. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for out-of-stock or backordered items and do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier company. Our team will assist with delivery by contacting the courier company.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify us of any special shipping arrangements needed. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all undeliverable or refused shipments, along with any additional shipping charges levied on the return shipment.

Items leaving our facility are carefully packaged and inspected to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect any package that appears damaged in the presence of the carrier before accepting it. Damaged items will be reimbursed by the carrier, and we will ship a replacement item upon approval of the claim. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange or issue a refund.

WARRANTY

All products purchased from Ultimate Car Accessories come with a 30-day product fault warranty, assessed by one of our team members.

For online purchases, buyers are responsible for shipping the faulty product(s) back to us at their own cost. A full refund, including the shipping fee, will be reimbursed if the product(s) are deemed faulty by our staff.

For on-site purchases, buyers are responsible for shipping or bringing the faulty product(s) back to us at their own cost.

HEADLIGHT GLOBES WARRANTY

Ultimate Car Accessories offers a 6-month warranty on headlight globes. Faulty globes must be returned, and a receipt must be shown as proof of purchase to avail the warranty.

PRODUCT USAGE

Ultimate Car Accessories is not liable for damages resulting from the use of purchased item(s). Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. We recommend consulting a professional mechanic or auto electrician if no product instruction is provided.

We will not be liable for damages during installation or any damages occurring before or after installation. Some of our products may only be legal on private property and may be illegal for use on public roads. Please check your state and county laws regarding usage.
