Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll work swiftly to address the issue and provide a resolution.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of purchasing the product, provided the item is in its original packaging and in brand new condition. Please note that the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty Products: In the event that the product purchased is deemed faulty through no fault of the buyer, Ultimate Car Accessories will offer either an exchange of the product or a full refund of the original purchase price, along with the return shipping fee.

Shipping and Handling: We take great care in packaging and protecting all products to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, please note that Ultimate Car Accessories will not reimburse shipping fees or handling fees for change of mind refunds.

Restocking Fee: Returned items that are deemed non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed defective by one of Ultimate Car Accessories' staff members.

Pre-Ordered Items: Any pre-ordered items are subject to a 40% deposit fee, which is strictly non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind.

Non-Refundable Item: Please note that the turbo exhaust whistle is non-refundable.

Change of Mind Returns: Change of mind returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in brand new condition with its original packaging. Ultimate Car Accessories reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is opened or missing included hardware.
